These Customer Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all subscriptions to the FarmX Service and all Sensors purchased from Us. By submitting an Order Form, You agree to be bound by these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy.
“Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a Person.
“Aggregated Data” means anonymized, non-identifiable farm and service data.
“FarmX Service” means adaptive software services optimizing farm management.
Title to Sensors passes upon full payment. All shipments are DAP (Incoterms 2010). Sensors include a limited warranty of up to 24 months.
Subscriptions begin on the Effective Date and expire after one year unless renewed. Termination may occur upon breach.
We provide the FarmX Service during the Term. You agree to lawful usage and data access permissions required for service delivery.
By using the FarmX App, You consent to receive service-related communications including SMS.
You represent that You have authority to enter into this Agreement.
You retain ownership of Your Farm Data. Aggregated Data remains our property.
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of FarmX Technologies Ltd.
Liability is limited to fees paid within 180 days preceding a claim.
You are responsible for ensuring safe conditions during field visits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
