“Aggregated Data” means anonymized farm, service, and user data collected on an aggregated basis.
“Farm X Service” means our adaptive software for irrigation, fertilization, and farm optimization, including Our App, Software, and Sensors.
“Our App” means our web and mobile application used to access the Farm X Service.
“Sensors” means cloud-connected field and soil sensors used with the Farm X Service.
“Your General Characteristics Data” includes personal information such as name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and payment details.
“Your Farm Data” means all farm-related data collected via Sensors and transmitted to Our App.
When using the Farm X Service, you may be required to provide General Characteristics Data and Farm Data. This information is used to deliver, maintain, and improve the Farm X Service.
Subject to applicable law and your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, you grant Farm X a limited, perpetual license to use Farm Data and General Characteristics Data on an anonymous, aggregated basis for service improvement, analytics, and commercial purposes.
You may opt out of aggregated data usage by emailing support@farmx.com. Opt-out does not affect data already aggregated.
When you access our Website, we automatically collect Log Data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times, device identifiers, and usage statistics. This data is used for security, analytics, and service optimization.
